Shella Gamero
Shella Gamero has over 20 years of hands-on childcare experience and is the heart behind our agency. Originally from Perú, she’s cared for children from newborns to teens and is known for her calm, nurturing presence, strong family bonds, and her trusted ability to match families with the right caregivers. She specializes in newborn care, sleep training, developmental play, bilingual education, and supporting families through every milestone.

Lupe Hernandez
Lupe is a trusted Newborn Care Specialist with over 15 years of childcare experience, including more than 12 years dedicated to newborns. Known for her calm presence and deep expertise, she’s built a strong reputation for connecting families with highly qualified, carefully vetted nannies they can trust. Her mission is to support parents through every step, from hands-on care to finding the perfect caregiver for their family.
